I have new cartimizer what is it for..newby

I order juice from a new supplier that sent me the juice which I like but they sent me I think its called and cartmizer.I have a joye 510 so what model ecig go,s with it.can I some way mod it to my 510?

cartomizer is an atomizer and cart in one piece. you'll need an adapter to use it on your 510, available from many suppliers on this forum.
