i heard it was bad to mix energy blends w/nicotine

so i wonder how they got away with producing red bull flavored niquids.

a friend told me nicotine+high content of caffeine can cause heart attacks...

The redbull juices contain only the flavors of redbull, not the caffeine and taurine, which are the "energy" ingredients. Like the coffee juices only contain coffee flavor, not caffeine or the other psychoactive compounds in coffee. The only "energy" (stimulant) compound in the redbull juices is nicotine, if you choose to have that.
