I'll give it a try again soon tho, wish I could find a .5mm bit .ir something similar as wraping kanthal on it self is a pain for me at least

Oh definitely tricky brother, I actually setup two wood clamp on my desk, and literally tie a piece of kanthal between them so it's held tight. That way you have two hands to work with. BUT, they also have 1/32" drill bits at home depot/lowes, maybe even ace hardware. They are hard to find, but almost in every Dremel drill bit set, I found one at Home depot in their dremel setup, definitely alot easier, but I lost mine  biitch is tiny.

Yep it's the Brass Monkee :), probably the most underrated atty in the world. If I wasn't a dedicated cloud chaser now, It'd still be the only atty I use. But it can cloud chase better than anything that isn't a 26650 Tobh Atty, and has much better flavor too. Big adjustable airflow, dedicated holes for each dual coil connection, a tiny chamber, and super thick walls, it's a HELLACIOUS vape that can do anything you want it too.

Can ya tell how much I like it :p, they have a decent clone out of it now, but I know the authentic is perfect so I wouldn't get one if your thinking about getting one. I wish I wasn't addicted to 26650 drippers now, because this was my #1 for a long time, if they release a 26650 version I'm going to die of happiness.

Sorry I'm getting to this so late brother, I was drinking myself :p.
~Block the end that's pointing down towards the deck, you want the open end to shoot up into your cap.
~And the airholes should be pointed directly at the open end of the coil, as close to the exposed coils as possible.

Hope this helps man! Let me know if there's anything else your having trouble with, this was probably the hardest coil in the world for me personally to get right lol.

so by the picture from your build, would you put the airhole pointing towards the center post? or would you put them a little offset from the negative posts?

btw, your noose neck wicking does seem to work! all my failed attempts at this kind of build happened because the wicking around the coils would loosen up and would not make good direct wick to coil contact. the coils would eventually turn red and burn my wicks...but not with this type of wicking!

I agree the brass monkey is special, very ergonomic. Four count'em four posts w/ holes. I don't have the talent to build fancy coils but those interested can just buy fastech 33g premade micro coils, they work fine and make for a quick change over. Where's the brasss monkey thread?
