Actually, you were one of the people I had in mind when I referenced other people on the FSUSA Forum doing that sort of thing for people. Nice of ya!

And I didn't select a theme. With me being the shy sort of guy that I am, I don't like to draw attention to myself like that.

For those who don't understand what vaporgal is talking about, I will become a Veteran on July 7th. Its pretty nice. I'll get an ECF ballcap with a dehydrated package of brains. I just have to open the package, add water and pour it in my new hat, slap the hat on my head and I'll be smart.

So y'all be watching for the new, improved, smarter me.

I'll be sure to write something smart so y'all know that I'm smart now.

TT - Seriously, I didn't know that you knew that Salem and I (and Free too!) were buying juice for people. I also didn't know that you knew that we were buying kits for people (among other things!). Honestly though, if it weren't for her being in touch with new members and reaching out to them and finding out what they needed, the items wouldn't have been purchased.

You're shy??? (choking on my wine and have to wipe off my monitor ...)

I read about the pre-veteran thread before reaching my one-year anniversary and decided that I didn't care about a theme. Personally, I like Raleigh's picture in my avatar and don't want to change it. :)

July 7th? Congratulations!!! :toast: So, you'll become even smarter after you receive your ECF ballcap with a dehydrated package of brains? I can't imagine! Afterall, you already have a Ph.D.!

What am I going to do with you girlie girls?

Elphaba, on July 7th when I become a Veterinarian you can have bacon and eggs.

vaporgalinfla, yeah, I knew what you girlie girls were up to. You can't keep secrets from Poppa.
And yep. I'm a real shy, timid, reticent kind of a wallflower type of fella.
On the ECF avatar thing you can make the theme anything you want it to be. You make the choice. So if you wanted to keep the Raleigh avatar, everybody else would have to come up with a doggie avatar or even the same breed as your dog if that's what you specified. If you wanted a picture of me for example, you would use a pic of me and everybody else would have to also. But only for that one day. So the parrot avatar I'm using is just until the 6th. Then I'll go back to my old avatar.
And I really can't wait to be even smarter than I am now! Its going to be exciting!

My little bitty, petite Maureen, you are just soooo precious! What a sweet thing to say!

Yeah, I'm up late. I had a couple good naps today. Slept through a nice sermon this morning, then came home and had lunch and a nice nap in my recliner then a good nap late this afternoon and a tiny one this evening. I was watching them chase Bigfoot on TV and fell asleep during that.

But it takes a lot of rest for me because my brain cells work so hard.

LOL TT....I was stuck actually watching commercials all weekend because my remote died...not just the batteries died...STUPID COMCAST....UGH....

I didn't get a nap today, but I did sleep in until 9am....and I didn't play volleyball today because I was still scared of my elbow....it would have been sand vb...and I just pictured me diving on my elbow...not pretty....

No...no bad words....I hit my head too...and I remember handing the guy that was trying to pick me up the arm that I was going to get myself up with....which was weird (not the messed up one)....but I didn't even notice that elbow dripping deep red until I was halfway home....(2 hour drive). I really do wonder if adrenaline is a good thing....but I had a blast at the concert....and it's not the first mosh pit that I've gotten beaten up in....I swear that's half the fun....

So, I supposed that you were able to see what we were buying for people in your crystal ball. I love helping people. :) I still have some kits left, but don't know anyone that needs one. :(
