Congrats! The Chuck is a thing of wonder when the hype and the pictures are not as good as having it in your hand!

I agree, I wish I had my imaginary Chucks, instead of the pictures I want to put on them...

I'm getting very tempted to join the Chuck Revolution here!!!
What is the normal turnover time from order date to receiving the Chuck?

Ha Ha! Both Chucks arrived at post office on Saturdays. It was the ultimate torture to know that it was just down the road a little ways and I COULDN'T GET IT!!!

Contemplated breaking and entering :sneaky:.... It's a tiny post office. I mean it shouldn't be too hard to find my Chuck. It will call out to me and lead me right to it. It's mine after all. A judge would understand. My fellow Chuckleheads would testify to the awesomeness of the Chuck and I should get off on a temporary insanity plea.... right?

I'm with ya! I'll testify for ya! ;)

Quick question on the Chuck. Do you use Noalax on the threads also since this is not aluminum?

I believe Raven9mm posted that Noalax is not necessary: the threading will get smoother over time from normal use (brass end caps into copper body) and that's been my experience as well.

I don't think it's necessary jcamacho. The chuck requires almost zero maintenance.

Heh, tell me about it. My car gets the oil changed every 25,000 miles whether it needs it or not
