You might want to try AW, I've had better luck with those than I have Trust or Ultra but still 1 month seems rather short. You could be discharging them to much in between charges. They usually come off the charger at 4.2 or slightly lower. Nominal voltage is 3.7 so I try not to let them get to far below that before recharging. You'll get a longer lifespan out of them if you charge them more often than needed rather than letting them discharge to much in between.

Plus you might want to check your charger, bad ones have a tendency to kill batteries too.

that would be a sure bet i had bad charger same thing happened. Do not want to say vendor name but was it a dirt cheap charger with no English on it? Thats the bad one i had.

Betcha that's it.<Looks at charger>'made in China...Lots of grammar errors'. Hey just noticed that stated output on charger is 600Mah and the batts output is 900. Would it be better to have a charger capable of more than the battery is rated for?

600 mah is just the rate it charges at and that's a fairly normal rate. Mine is selectable from 300 to 650mah. It'll work both ways it just means it takes longer to charge the battery if I selected 350. As long as the charging rate is less than the mAh of the battery you're ok.

What you'll need to do to test the charger is test the battery fresh off the charger and see what it's reading. Chargers we should be using have overcharge protection that kicks in at 4.2v. The battery should be in the 4.2v range fresh off the charger, If it's over 4.2 then that's definitely an issue.

TYVM Looking at some AWs now

Good idea, there a little more expensive but I've had much better luck with them lasting. You'll still want to check the charger out at any rate especially if you're using IMR. The batteries protection circuit should kick in at 4.2 whether the chargers overcharge protection does or not but I wouldn't want to rely on that to happen.
