:unsure:Toll stands at (20) in the 75 days. (6)21st centry - (12)808's . At this point read everything i could find and ordered ego-t starter kit (2)1000mAh's gone in a week. Moved on to the e-power 14650, (2)1050's have gone from lasting 8 hours to 3 hour in 4 days, have also been using a 808 durning this time. -Am I the problem?- This may sound strange but
my sister reminded me why I gave up using a watch years ago, not only did I kill the battery in a short time but the watches never worked again.- After smoking up to 3 packs a week for 37 years, , I HAVE NO INTENTION OF GOING BACK. I just would like to cut down on the casaulties, even for a heavy smoker 20 seems way too many. Anyone have any insight that may be helpful?

Huh, that was almost like reading my own history. Except I always stuck with the 510 threading...and I also killed a no battery self winding watch and that was my last attempt at ever wearing a watch...

Anyway, I don't have those problems now.

I got a good "mod", a bunch of good IMR batteries, and a great charger. Been 9 months on the same pair of IMR batteries now and for less than $10 each, that is making the investment in a good mod and charger that much more cost effective for me.

A good, single voltage, mod would be the likes of a Precise, Reo, IPro, or ProVape to name just a few. Yep, they are a bit pricey, but since you've probably gone through close to 400 in batteries, it may be a good investment?

That's my take on it. It will be interesting to see what others may have to suggest.

I've got a ProVari, my second of 4 variable voltage mods, and it is my "go-to".

Yes, it is expensive, but it just works without issues or much fiddling on my part. I like the voltage displayed is the voltage you get and the ability to check the resistance of my atomizers. I tend to drop things, knock them over, send them flying across a room because I forgot it was in my lap when I stand up, and except for breaking an atty or two and putting a few scratches in it, it just keeps working.

Oh, no, I KNOW nobody believes me that I can destroy a watch in a matter of weeks just by wearing it. My last watch made it through WWII on the wrist of a US solder who gave it to me. I replaced the crystal and wore it for almost a year before it was unrepairable. Best and longest lasting watch I ever had...never abused it...still wonder what it is about my wrist that kills watches.

Oh ,and are the batteries and charger in the provari kit alright or should i order others?

They are "OK". I like the Pila charger at Super T Manufacturing, and the prices on the AW IMR's are hard to beat, more. The Pila charger has a function that will give a signal if the battery is too far gone to attempt to charge that I have used to confirm friends' thoughts on their batteries. (That and they have a car adapter for the Pila that came in handy on my honeymoon last year.)

Might want to think about the extension cap for the ProVari and using the 18650 size battery too. Lets heavy vapors go a bit longer between charges.

I'll update you after I get up the nerve to order provari and things you suggested. My girls(29and30) are happy I switched to vaping, not only for health issues but vaping got me to finally use our pc. They have been tring to get me out of the stone age for years, just started using a cell phone a year ago. I can not type fast or spell ,and stumble around this site not , don't know what Im doing most of the time or what most of the jargon

Aw. come on.

My 90+ year old great uncle was the one who pushed me into social media on the internet.

My once girlfriend, now wife, was the one to buy me my first cell phone.

I was on the internet before there was a web, so some of my backward ways always struck my friends as odd.

You'll be catching up to my uncle before you know it!

I think I just went over the edge. I'm vaping crazed. Not only did I order the provari but then I saw the Touchwood and wanted that also, it's a work of art. In my own defense it might help with my problem being mechanical and battery being encased in wood may protect it from me. - But truth is I love old wood and it's beautiful. - yes in the process of ording one - maybe with both I'll be set for awhile -

Hi Tree! Welcome to the forum. I've actually had a friend with your same problem, the weirdest thing ever! IDK how to help with your crazy magnetic field, but perhaps a well built mod and good batts with a pila charger might help. The batteries you have been using are very weak and small compared to your special powers.

Off the top of my head I'm thhinking a Reo because of the thick solid aluminum body,(and no wiring, a fully mechanical mod) might be safer for your batteries. Just a thought :) Also maybe not directly handeling your batteries as much as possible.
Perhapse rubber gloves?

Any how congrats and welcome!
