If you are switching from HV to 3.7 volts ...... Always switch the battery first !!

I just fired off a Brand new Cisco 1.8Ω at 6.5 volts ...... Doh !!

Its scorched .... less than one second :(

I never even got to hit off it .... its in my to be de-wicked bucket now.

Lesson learned, pull the 6v batts out before you switch attys

oh man I was almost in the same boat with you last night. Took off the HV got my 1.5 atty on there and about to fire till I noticed whoops I have 2 small bats in there prob a good idea to change them first. I only have 4 Lr attys right now so one less would really hurt. Sorry to hear but knowing you I am sure you have 500 of them laying around haha.
