So a bunch of stuff came by priority mail yesterday...

The Smoktech cartomizers (1.5ohm) that came, they seem stiffer than the one I got from my local guy. With the 650 mah battery, it was a good pairing. I enjoyed it. I think filling and vaping a couple of those per day with the 650 and 400 mah batteries is going to be a great small kit, and a lot easier than messing with all the eRoll tanks. I love the idea of wearing the 400 + carto on a lanyard (yeah, I'm a dork).

Would still love a 400 or 450 mah eGo style AUTO battery!

My eRoll will become my "work-only" kit, since I need something very low profile for when I'm on professional photo shoots.

IDK about a 400mAh eGo, but have you looked at one of THESE? 300mAh, Auto

I'm probably a dork too, then; I often wear a lanyard when I'm driving, so I don't have to worry what the PV is doing, or if I need both hands, I can just drop it and not worry about it. Or, if I'm going to visit my folks or my aunt, I keep my Virginia handy in the lanyard, while carrying around the Vamo+cartotank with my blueberry muffin. My aunt didn't get why I needed to have two with me, but I explained that the Virginia is my actual substitute for cigarettes, but that my tastes are changing, starting to be less enchanted with the taste of tobacco; it's not that great, compared to blueberry muffin. :D

Has anything more been said about that new eRoll-C?

Yay, we can be lanyard dorks together! Though in fairness, I obviously didn't read the description clearly enough because the one that came today in the mail is for a specific battery / cartomizer combo. Will have to find another one.

eRoll-C ... not that I've seen. I'm really wanting to hear more about the mega PCC. Problem now though is that I have two PCCs already, and I'm getting to the point where I'm likely only going to use the eRoll at photo shoots because of it's discreet look. The small form factor, the auto battery, the vapor productions... all perfect to me, but the tank size is just SOOOO small. Too small. I'm filling those things constantly, or carrying too many of them (and I'm so not a pocketbook woman).

In honesty, if I could find an automatic 450 mah eGo, it really wouldn't be much bigger but could hold so much more liquid and so much more battery life... that would be my dream setup I think! I could keep one in my pocket and one on a lanyard and likely be set for the whole day.

I don't suppose anyone has seen a lanyard for a 22mm mod? I think I'm going to have to build it myself.

Hmmm.... Velco closure with a non-slip inside and something round the outside too to hang a decent weight on...

Yeah I had to look around a bit for a lanyard that would work with both vv3's and my bigger mods; I got one of those "pouch" kind, though my husband had to operate on it for me, to make an opening at the bottom for the vv3 buttons. And the thing doesn't work at all for my Vamo if I'm using a short battery, it would cover up the fire button completely. It works ok though if I've got a longer battery in the Vamo. There's a Hong Kong vendor (CHEAP!) that has the pouch lanyards for $1.07. If you're not ordering batteries, then you get your pkg in about 9-11 days, not really bad at all. If you order any batteries, then probably 3 wks-ish. Anyway that's e5cigs.com, and so far I've been very pleased with everything I've ordered from them, except an el cheapo "ego twist" -- it was $10, and I guess you get what you pay for -- it still works, but the top part, the collar where the button is, pulls completely away from the bottom battery part. Could probably repair it with a bit of superglue, but haven't really felt the need, with all my other mods.

I agree, the tiny tank problem was what finally turned me off the eRolls, and got me looking around for something I could put a regular tank on. The iTaste vv3s are pretty small and slender, for the ego-style, and they're squared off, so they don't roll if you lay 'em down -- and they work in pass-thru mode, so even though they're only 800mAh, it's not that big a problem since you can vape while it's charging. Also, the ARO Winder 900mAh is VERY slender, I like that one better than their higher-mAh versions for that reason, and also because they don't have that ugly "collar", the button is right on the body of the battery -- very slim and elegant.

The pouch I just mentioned fits both my vv3s and my Sigelei, which is actually 23mm; it's a tighter fit, and I almost have to wrestle it in there, but it does fit. Heavy around the neck though, with a bigger mod in it.
