Ha, I wound up saying "what the heck" and grabbed two 808 batteries and a charger. So I guess I'm now (or at least after Feb 21 will be) a member of the KR808 club!
Where Can I Get A......? I love my 510 but I want to try the 808 were should I buy an adapter and cartomizers

As long as your 808 is automatic, you can use the greencig carts. They are a bit more expensive but 100% different in vaping. Super smooth with no chemical taste or harsh undertone. I got mine at lecig.com. the have a greencig section under the carts. I had mint, which is more minty than menthol. I haven't tried the others yet, but it is possible to refill & reuse them to save some cash.

ps - the manual 808 batts won't work with the greencigs because they don't have a notch in the center of the battery which is needed for the airflow. You may be able to obtain an adapter but I get by with my D1 batt from lecig and I have a 901 automatic batt that also works.

I received my adapters, cartomizers and KR-808 batts this week and I am really enjoying the experience. To be honest I am not sure which I like better, the 808 battery or the 510 battery on the cartomizer. They are different but both are great. I may try the new soft 510 cartos next.
If you're on the fence about giving cartomizers a try, an adapter for your 510 is worth considering.
Edited to add - and the stainless steel adapter with my stainless steel 510 battery makes for a very sharp looking PV!

This is interesting. My manual KR-808D1 battery does not have the notch. But my 510-808 adapter does have the notch. So does that mean that I can use a green cig cartridge with an adapted 510 battery? Because I'm in vaping heaven right now, puffing on the 808 carto-510 battery combination.
