A few years back I purchased two Toshiba laptops, one for myself andd one for my son. They were "so" defective that they became a the subject of a class action lawsuit. Over a two year period, I must have returned them for repair to Toshiba over 15 times. Toshiba would send an empty computer box via UPS and then we would call UPS to come pick it up...so effectively the UPS driver picked up and dropped off about 30 computer boxes over a short period. One day, he finally looked at me with a puzzled look on his face, I guess they cannot ask but I told him the story...he just started laughing because I knew he thought something really weird was going on...
So now I have moved on to my mailman....
