My ADV was tribecca for months, and i must say the DRY4 10% /AP 2% is very close to tribecca. I have noticed fresh made is better than steeped, seems like the AP flavor dies out some after a steep even with ACV added.

Then you should up the % on the AP.

I'm going to try mixing this this weekend:

Base: 65/35 pg/vg, 18mg

3% - Hangsen Flu Cured
3% - DRY4
2% - AP
1% - EM
1% - TFA Smooth

Any thoughts/recommendations before i mix this up?

Are you trying to clone a halo juice or just asking an opinion on this mix. I ask because this don't sound like a halo clone. If its an opinion your looking for I would leave out the dry4 because AP has no place in an ry4 mix if that's what your after.

Anyone consider something like this :

Base: 70/30 pg/vg, 12mg

3% - RY- 1
3% - Dk TB
3% - Turkish
2% - AP
1% - ACV

In place of the Dk if your out of it, you could use 555 and delete the AP.

I love hangsen ry1 and I use it with the hangsen vanilla. I'll bet it would be really good with AP. As ry1 is not a sweet vape I think it would go real well with it.

a google search for acetyl parazine and this thread is the 2nd result haha. I've thought Tribecca had a peanut element to it. Do any of these flavorings have a peanut element? I was almost positive it tasted like roasted peanuts, or maybe something like a baked pretzel, along the lines of a peanut/pretzel kind of thing. Anyone else feel this way?

That's AP. At low percentages, it has a nutty, toasted bread flavor. At high percentages, it's Fritos.

I have been experimenting with this as well. I think your RY4D is too low and AP is a bit high. You can always add more RY4D but you can't easily pull out the AP if I'm right. However, temper my advice with the notion that I haven't hit on it either.

I keep having this nagging thought about the name. "Tri" means three and "becca" is close to "bacco". Three tobaccos?

Good luck. I think I've been moving in the right direction and will post something when I think I have something worthy of someone else testing it out.

Thanks. I actually didn't get the chance to mix it this weekend but will post my recipe when i do.

I was trying for something similar to Tribecca with the flavorings i have laying around. I've tried the DRY4/AP mix but imo it did not have any tobacco flavor so i thought i would mix in some Hangsen tobacco.

Ive been using Trimethyl Pyrazine in my 555 mix.along with hangsen highway and with hangsen T5.I was thinking of mixing with tpa dry4 to get that roasted peanut like taste that tribeca has.Actually danny turned me on to it when he tried it with his prime clone, and ive been using it sparingly ever since...thanks for the discovery Danny!

:)

Not sure you would want to use AP with ry4. AP goes better with dry, unsweet tobaccos like T5, Red, plain tobacco, 555 and all other dry tobaccos. I've tried it in ry4 and wasn't crazy about it but hey what ever floats your boat. You may like it. Taste is very subjective.

I dig DRY4 and AP.
