I quit smoking with a Halo Triton starter kit - a pair of 650 mah non regulated batteries and a couple clearos. No amount or type of equipment can replace the will and desire to quit smoking. If you are buying commercial cigarettes, vaping should be less expensive than smoking. You may just not be ready to quit or vaping may just not be the right substitute for you. It doesn't work for everyone..

You have the equipment you need, just make sure you have extra coils and juice. When I used kanger style tanks, if thought 5 coils was enough, I made sure I had 10. The transition for me was easy, I did it in one day (26 year smoker). It mimicked everything I got from smoking without all the nasty things. I guess it's just a mindset, you body wants nic, it's getting that. The rest is just coming to the conclusion you are doing the same thing a better way.

From observation and personal experience, I believe that quitting smokes is about one thing only: WILL. Not brute willpower, but plain old will and motivation.

I took the decision I already had my last smoke one morning because I noticed how much better I was feeling the day before while I was washing and waxing my car. I looked at that unlit morning smoke and decided I'd be a fool to undo all that I had achieved. I took my vaporizer instead and vaped like my eGo contained the oxygen I needed to live. After 4-5 minutes I was satisfied enough and convinced that vaping alone would do. I have felt some temptation since, but vaping has been enough for me for over 6 months now and I definitely do not want to scrap all that achievement. Breathing better had been my main motivation and it's been sufficient to keep me from falling back.

I am the same way with coils, I stick with Primarily Kanger tanks, and or rebuildable atomizers. Every time I pick up a new tank, I grab a 5 pack of coils for that tank. The funny part is the tanks I use all use the same coils. My Kanger Aero Tank uses the same coil as my Kanger Aero Tank Mega. Both were chose because of Air Flow capabilities. The Megas, I willingly adjusted upon arrival. Drilled the air holes out to 3/32nds, and tapped the ring with a hammer and punch when disassembled of course to help lock the ring in place.

Now back on topic. I am not going to tell you about motivation this and will power that. I live on a budget. I want to quit smoking. These two things guide me, especially the budget. How I committed was that I opted to spend my cigarette money on e-juice and upgrades to make the experience more enjoyable with me. I now have several e-juice flavors that I actually like. Are they are not cigarettes, but they get me close enough to where I am not motivated to go buy cigarettes.
I have only been smoke free for a week, but I am fighting to keep it up.

Good luck.

This may just be the push you need to stop the analogs ?
You need to get your mind into the Vape and off the analogs.....just stop. If the desire arises, put it off as long as you can. Try to limit yourself on the analogs and wean off them by pushing off the cravings and hit the eGo.
Bottle of juice....$10-$15 should last about a week.+/-
5pk of coils $10-$15 should last about 5 weeks. +/-
$15-$20 a spare battery charged and ready all the time (swap them out as needed and a one time buy)

Get your head into it, and your will power up.

Only you can do this.

I quit with the crummy ego t system. A Protank is better. I had one cig left and saved it for morning. Smoked it when I got up. I wanted to see if I could get through the day. Then all the way to 24 hours. I did, which I had never done before. And that was it :). I was cig free.

35 year smoker who had never quit. You can do it, too.
