I need a new device

Taking suggestions. I like VV/VW. Operate on 18650 battery, with eGo connector. Must be reliable.

Well anything with a 510 connector can convert to ego with a cheap adaptor so your options are pretty open. The pico is the standard low cost entry level suggestion. There are refinements that can be made though:

How wide a device do you want?

What do you want to spend?

After I posted this, I ran across a 510 to eGo adapter. I don't particularly like box mods. Prefer pen style, but they seem to be disappearing, so I'll probably buy a box type. I'd like to stay around $50. Reliability is the main thing. Getting tired of mods dying after less than a year.

Unless your current device is broken, I would suggest you hold off till the new evolve boards drop.
The new functionality of these vary soon to be released devices is going to be amazing.
if you absolutely must have a device right now get one with the evolve 75c board this one will be able to get the new functionality with a firmware update.

As far as I know really any day now it should be released. do a youtube search "evolve replay"
I know danial DJLvapes has at least one video on it.
The feature has been described as TC on acid by one reviewer I am so stoked for this my self.
The new board is called the 250c I believe and has all the usual regulated features TC/VW plus the new "replay" feature.

They’re going to be way over his price range though. Might force some older stuff to lower levels though so you may have a point.

I just saw on Fastech, the Nunchaku going for about 43.00
Though you will also need an RTA to go with it.

If you don't want TC the SVD 2.0 might work for you. It's a tube mod with an Evolv DNA chip. Goes up to 20W. It comes with 2 interchangeable tops, 910 and Ego. They have it for $25 at EVCigarettes. Long and heavy, but it's built like a tank and people say they are reliable and last a long time.

I have one. Like it a lot. I mostly keep it at home though because of its size.
