Yes, figuring out what kind of smoker you are is very helpful. E cigs that resemble cigarettes are usually adequate for light smokers, I compare it to Capri cigarettes. Heavy 1-2 ppd people tend to do better with a larger battery, something like a KGO/eGo or one along those lines. What kind of smoker are you :)

And welcome to the forum!

The "best" is a nebulous term as everything is subjective. Best in terms of simplicity, best in terms of performance, best in terms of price? I buy quite a bit from Madvapes and they're a decent supplier.

Here's an example of a kit that is decent as I carry one of these everyday to work. The atomizers are handy to test juices, but the "cartridges" that come with it are useless. Buy a box of good cartomizers, some juice, and you'll be set to go for $50. Or you can buy a Provari, load it up with accessories, and spend well over $200 - lots of choices out there...

There's the true 3.7 volt Kgo or E-Power. Difference between the two is the E-Power extras batts cost $5.00 apiece whereas the Kgo extra batts are +$15 apiece. Both powerful enough to give at least a full day of vaping, prolly close to 2 with your smoking. Starter kits are about $40. Or if you want a VV you could buy the stainless steel Apollo VTube Kit with discount code Vtube30 for $73 or the Vtube CHROME kit retails for $59.47 with the discount code. Of course you could also buy the Provari but that's getting close to $200.
Good Luck.

So your are saying that I couldn't go wrong going with the link you posted up and the refillable cartomizers? Is that all I need to get started?

I second the choice listed with Boge LR cartomizers. Id also add a drip tip for comfort and ease of use.

Vapor eyes er has some good options too :)

And juice.

While I have other devices that I use at home, that setup is what I take to work every day. Since you mentioned Madvapes, that's the site I "shopped" at. You could also look at a KGO as they use a little bigger batteries but Madvapes doesn't carry them...

You'd still need to buy cartos & juice with this one as well...

I find it rather ironic that with all the fancy stuff out there, they still can't make the perfect vape any better. Only problem is that everyones perfect vape isn't the same. This means that no matter what anyone says, you will still have to find your own perfect vape, and that only comes through trial an error.
Madvapes handles a veriety of different products. You might like one of their Smoktech eGo clones. You might like atomizers, or you might like cartomizers. A lot of folks seem to like those eGo type batteries with a Vision eGo (Stardust) on it.
You are going to spend enough money just finding the flavor(s) you like, so I advise against spending the family fortune on the fanciest PV money can buy until you know what you like.

So you recommend this one ahead of the one on madvapes? Also where do i buy the cartos and juice? And which ones do i buy? Sorryto bother you with all the questions.

The batteries in the KGO are larger (1100 vs 900 mah) but they're close in value. Madvapes has the cartos & juice as well so you can buy it all from one vendor (and they're in NC just like you). Look back at my first post in this thread and I provided a link for good cartos for this unit also at Madvapes. Can't help you with juices as we all like something different. An RY4 is a good juice flavor most tobacco folks like. Get at least 24mg nicotine juice, less and you'll probably have a tough time leaving smokes alone...
