I have a pile of suggestions, but they would take quite a while to convey here...

For starters, I'd lose the list of horizontal product listings within each category, and switch the layout to a multi-row table or 'grid'. This way people won't be scrolling for hours to see what you carry within each section.

I'd also rethink your category structure to help keep users on track when trying to shop for specific items. For example, make batteries and atomizers both separate sections. I'd also keep the individual product listings off of the subcategory selection landing pages. Right now, a user has to decide whether they want to dig into a subcategory OR shop what's below in the product listing section. This can throw people off, and adds to the semi-confusing feel of the current site.

I'd also add a 'thumbnail view' to the sub-category landing pages. This will keep the user experience more consistent, and will also minimize the risk of losing people's attention as they navigate downward.

I have a plethora of other long-winded suggestions regarding the general layout, homepage design, and categorization structure as well. Let me know if you want to dig deeper. I do this for a living. ;-)

I agree with these Rob.

I hate having to scroll down. Having more general subsections and being able to navigate through them would be quicker. When I am dealing with a slow connection, either on my work computer or my iPhone, it takes a good while to get all the pictures to load.

The vendors that use (I think its Volusion or something) the websites where you choose your item...then a dropdown with available options... then it takes you to a page with a more in-depth description and pictures of the various options. Seems to be much smoother and feels more organized.

Not sure I explained that well.

The customer can click on lets say atties... once on the atties page there can be a list of style atties... lets say the customer wants a 510 attie the customer can then click on the 510 attie once on that page there can be pics of all the colors of the 510.... Or lets say the user wants eliquid... the user can click on eliquids and then you can have pics of the flavors and the user can click on lets say menthol then there will be an add to cart then choice of MG and Size.....

Something like this..... would be cool

I sure hope it is after the new GG items are up. Granted I have only been vaping since July 8th I believe I have stumbled upon the best PV there is and have been waiting very patiently to click on "Add to Cart" to get my hands on a GGTS-AVS as my second PV. The 510 was the first Lol.

And just so this isn't off topic, I would like to suggest the use of Mouse Overs for graphic Display of a particular item.... as it allows more items per page in List format.

I have one note on the item descriptions...You are one of the few vendors that bothers to put specs like size, mah, voltage, weight, etc...on your product descriptions. I have noticed though that some items have a technical tab and others don't, but have the info in the basic description. That's cool..but it would be better if it was more consistent. I'm also a fan of comparison spreadsheets with specs and such. I know this info is probably out there somewhere..but it's nice to have it right there when I'm shopping.

Bristow, Ok.
Could you also make so we can save a cart for future ordering?

He does have that. I started to order cartos and my computer went off. I forgot to go back and finish my order. When I went back weeks later it was still in my cart. It saved me time.

I just love Rob and Michelle. They are such nice people to do business with.:):):)

Well, it's taken me a while to get started, but you should notice some organizational changes to the site gradually. No more pages filled with 9 colors of atomizers and 8 colors of batteries. ONE atomizer page for each model, all the colors visible and selectable on that ONE product page. My God it looks so much nicer already and I'm not even done.
