I neeed to cancel my order, also return issues, where to contact ?

I have order I have already paid which I need to cancel. Not to have order sent to me.

Is there any place on the forum I should post about this? Although it looks like I can't post anywhere but New Members forum.

Suggest you email the vendor you ordered from to cancel it. Is the best way.

I came here from Health Cabin (that's why I though this is their official forum, is it not). I love their store, and want to be a regular customer, my first order just had parts which do not work.

If you don't get a response right away, they may not be working as it is Chinese new year. I'm not sure if they have anyone reading the tickets or not, you can see if there is anything posted in the HC forum about New Year and dates of service.

You need about an hours time after your 5th post to allow the forum software to update.
