i think you will like your disrupter/ isub setup, just be aware that it is going to vape differently than the nautilus - imo, you will get a better vape and better flavor, but be careful with the nic :)
Maybe i should try going lower. I just don't want to waste my ejuice, haha. I am such a light weight though. :/

I smoke light cigarettes. So from what i am reading and understanding is that 6mg is the way to go for me. But I am just so clueless. I am going to keep experimenting!
and keep asking questions - you are in the right place :)

it's an interesting hobby - my latest adventure has been DIY eliquid - i have got a king cake juice recipe that is pure evil, lol :)

And I am only 25! I cant even walk up the stairs without feeling completely drained. :( I smoke way too much.

I was reading about this. I get paid thursday so I might be able to order some 6mg. I have two 3 mg flavors that i got as a mystery flavor but i found out quick that it was not enough for me. :(
Well you can mix the 3mg with equal part of 18mg and get 10.5mg....may end up being better til you can buy some 6mg
I realize they might not be same flavors, but if they are in same category, ii.e. "fruits" or "tobaccos" it won't be too bad or some that might go together. :)

I am very sensitive to nicotine. I used to get insomnia, pounding in my ears and in my neck veins at 11mg at night.

I now vape 6mg in the daytime which is fine. I use an ego+EVOD.

In the evening even that 6mg is too much nicotine, but I want a good experience right? So at home in evenings I use a coolfire 4 and subtank nanos at .5ohm between 20-30 Watts. This means I get warm, smooth, dense and extremely tasty vapour and thus can happily vape zero nicotine Juices (though these higher power devices you need to buy better juices to get the best out of them) and get no nicotine buzz at all.

So yeah lower mg with low power vaping for daytime - more practical and easy to carry, economical on juice. And high power zero nicotine (just need really tasty juices and preferably at least 50VG) juices in the evening is one good solution for us vapers that are sensitive to nicotine.

I've found that Vape Wild's juices are really strong compared to other brands as well. That might be your problem. I was a Mally Light smoker and over the past year I've settled on 12 as my out and about vape and 6 as my chillin' on the couch vape. I tend to vape a lot more when I'm watching to tube or whatever so 12 becomes too much. I'd definitely say hit up some other vendors though...Vape Wild can be really pungent.

Great! I will try it in some of the stronger flavored liquids I have. :) Do you think 9mg would work for the new tank i am getting? I am thinking of ordering 0mg nic to mix with my 18mg's (same flavors).
If you order some at 0 nic you can easily adjust.

1 part 18 mg + 1 part 0 mg gets 9 mg
1 part 18 mg + 2 parts 0 mg gets 6 mg

Regarding lowering the nicotine levels, I have a Disrupter and an iSub tank, and I had to drop from 15mg nic in my Protanks (with 1.8 ohm coils) to THREE mg during the day, and ZERO mg nic after about 3:00 to 4:00 in the afternoon or I had terrible nic-overdose symptoms like pounding heartbeat, adrenaline rush, etc. I smoked two packs a day (lights) for 42 years, so you'd think I could handle it, but those iSub tanks really deliver. I LOVE THEM. I'm saying nothing bad about them at all, I want a dozen more! LOL! But just be prepared to have to go lower with your nic level.

They also go through juice a lot faster, because you run them hotter and make more vapor. I'm using the .5 ohm coils in mine. I got some DIY supplies and have been making my own juice, which is really nice because I can tailor it to my needs and make it for a LOT less than purchased juice, even bargain brands. Considering how fast I've been going through juice with the iSub on the Disrupter, DIY is a good thing for me. ;) I love the increased flavor/smell/whatever with the higher wattage on this tank, so I probably chain-vape more than I should. If you vape less often, your nic level might not need to be so low. I'm a piggy. I admit it. :D

When I first started using the iSub tank, I kept it at 11 watts, but the particular juice I had at the time to use was good at that wattage. You have to do direct lung hits with that tank, but I'd just do a long slow draw and it was really nice. Then I made some lower nic flavors to use in it and I've found that some flavors just don't "pop" until you get up in the 25 to 30 watt range. At least for me. I don't like anything much over 35 watts (it starts getting to be too hot a vape at that point), but 20 to 30 works well for most of the flavors I use.

I can still put a higher nic juice in a Protank and put that on the Disrupter and run it at 7.5 to 8 watts, and it's great. That's what I love about this thing - I can put any tank or coil on it (including an EVOD or a Protank mini), adjust the wattage and I'm good to go. It produces a nice, smooth vape all the time.

Thank you! I have finally got all my juice and my set up ready. I'm a bit nervous to quit cigarettes! My husband keeps encouraging me. He is really supportive. I'm just super nervous. Do I stop with the cigarettes all together? Or do both until I cut down to just vaping? What was more effective for you all?
the disrupter is an EXCELLENT little mod - well built, very sturdy and very user friendly - and the isub tank is a very good tank - my lady wife loves hers - something to keep in mind, though - i believe that tank will come with .5 ohm coils (you are currently using a 1.8 ohm coil in your nautilus)... if you use the .5 ohm coils, you will VERY LIKELY want to drop you nic level even further - using a sub ohm (below 1 ohm) coil will give you more bang for your buck, nic wise... i started using 12-18mg nic juice and when i got my first sub ohm tank (was an Atlantis with .5 ohm coils) i had to drop to a 6mg nic level - sub ohm coils will produce more vapor and you will notice the isub tank has a LOT more airflow on it - sub ohm and more airflow is definitely MY preference, but everyone has to find what works for them - try that 3mg juice you have in the isub tank with the .5 ohm coil and see what you think (likely will still be low for you, but it will give you an idea of the difference between the tanks)... personally, I would recommend a 6mg juice in that tank for you
The 6mg works wonders! I absolutely love it!

I go between 6 and 3 mg of nic. The 6 mg helps better with my fix! Thank you for all this advice! :) I love my isub and disruptor. My friends even bought themselves this set up because they liked mine so much. Haha.

Don't think about it for a few months. If you reach for a cigarette a few times a day, let it happen. I was a dual user for six months (3-5 analogs/day) until I emptied a pack and never bought another. Concentrate on enjoying the vape and living your life. The rest will fall into place. Don't beat yourself up! This may be the hardest thing you ever do... Good luck!

Thank you so much! It is definitely very tough for me. I keep telling myself It will help me become healthier. It motivates me enough to hold off on smoking and just vaping for a few hours.
