I wish I could say that I hated it but I didn't. I'm not proud but I'm trying to not beat myself up. I still consider 1/1/11 my quit date, I certainly don't intend to go back to a PAD or more. I definitely 'felt' the throat hit with the cigarette and now I kinda like the TH. Suddenly the only thing I want to vape is atomic cinnacide at 5v~! Am I going to fry my taste buds?? 3.7v tastes like nothing now. It's going to be a month or more until I get my own 5v mod and the loaner I have will have to go back before then :(

Sorry guys, I feel like I let ya'll down :(

And why do you think you should be any different than the rest of us??????? (((hug))) Every one of us has struggled at one time or another. You did NOTHING HORRIBLE !! Ya just gave into the "cigarette demon". Now give him a swat and pick yourself up and keep doing all the great things you've been doing these past few weeks !!

Ya didn't have to admit it to us and THAT took courage and strength so girl you've got more going for ya than you think you do!!!!

Oh, by the way, your offical quit date still stands as it is. That little ciggy was just a "test" which doesn't count. Grandmas are allowed to give passes and I'm offically giving you one !! :)

lynlee,

Listen to the others and do not beat yourself up about it. You also should not feel that you let anyone on the forum down.

I still smoke. Sometimes they taste horrible so that I actually put it right out and at other times it is the only thing that settles me down.

Honestly, sometimes I wonder if I will ever quit. Sometimes messing with all this **** gets me so frustrated it makes me smoke a cig. lol

Pay no attention to my banner. I just wanted to use the ProVape one and they only had banners with quit dates.

Okay I'm late to the party but I'm here! i can't be the only grama not to chime in so here goes and just remember it is said with loving concern...You need'nt apologize for truely the only one you are hurting is yourself. I do give you props for "fessig up" ;so much of the foundation of the cyber community is trust and you have shown by your confession that you are one that can most likely be trusted in other matters also.I mean you could be smoking a pack a day how would anyone in cyberworld know? Anyway LL,I hope you are able to beat down the Demon Tobacco:I know you can you've already shown you can do it.Be true to yourself but if you loose a battle now and then don't be to hard on yourself. It's winning the war that really counts in the end and I believe the good Lord made you a winner the first time you picked up a PV instead of a cig. (((HUGZ))) I'm always around even though I'm not able to always respond I am praying for you and anyone else that needs some help from above.NOW CRUSH THE REST OF THAT PACK AN DON"T DO IT AGAIN!!!! (((HUGZ AGAIN)))

Wow, I never knew about the grandma pass~!

Seriously, thanks guys.

I really can't taste any other juices after trying the AC at 5v!

Ha! I bet the AC at 5V is a .... kicker! But really, give yourself a break. You will get there. It takes some longer then others and smoking less is a step in the right direction for sure.

lynlee, you slipped, it happens sometimes. As others have said, do not beat yourself up over this. You are so giving on this forum and I have much respect for you from the things I have seen on this forum. You know what? My respect for you and I know everyone else's has not changed one bit. Get up tomorrow and face the smoking demon head on, one day at a time. You will beat it because you are stronger than it is, period!

This is really weird but I think my little slip helped me....when I lit up I felt the throat hit. I paid close attention to the way I inhaled the cig, and it was different than vaping. I wanted to try out the most powerful vape I had to test the TH factor, AC at 5v. I loved it, the TH was great, and it didn't make me cough! Now I decided to experiment a bit more and found a 24mg 80pg juice. I have been saying I'm sensitive to pg....well this stuff is great at 5v too! 80/20 24mg caramel macchiato from gourmet vapors at 5v and I'm getting TH and NOT coughing!! This is amazing~! All because I tweaked my inhale a little after actually paying attention to the way I smoked!
