i-stick 20w with Kanger Aerortank

I have an eleaf i-stick 20w with Kanger Aerortank and 1.8ohm dual coils. What is best wattage setting for optimal performance and longest life from coils?

There is no such thing as best wattage settings.
Start off at a low setting and work your way up taking a vape or three on each setting until you find the vape quality you like best.
Vape to taste not to a number.

If head life is your main concern stay away from sweet or dark or colored or thick juices.

It's really up to you what you like. My gf have the i-stick 30w with an aspire nautilus. Also with a 1.8 ohm coil. She vapes it at 14 watts, and that's where she likes it. But if I were to use it I would probably turn it up to around 19 watts. So it's realy a matter of taste. As for the lifetime on your coils. The higher the wattage, the shorter the lifespan. But wouldn't you rather have a good vape, and change out your coil a bit more often?

My kanger giant and a istick20 with 1.8 coil my perfect vape is at 7.5- 8 watts, i change the coil about every 5-7 days.

I use the same set-up but use the single coil heads, normally around 6.5 to 7.5 watts.

i ran my kanger tank around 3.5 v and switched to the nautilus with a 1.6 same v better taste imo
