HI all , just want to clear a query about the how long a 30 w eleaf i stick battery should last on a full charge.
i have heard some say they last for days, others one day.
i know it depends on how often you vape and at what wattage. I am a low watt user at 5.8 and i vape about 4ml a day
and my battery last about 14 hours.
A friend of mine vapes about the same amount, but at 14 watts and says his battery lasts about three days, is this normal ?
as he seems to think mine should last a lot longer than 14 hours at 5.8 watts. and i should return it to the shop.
i would like to know how many hours other vapers are getting from their isticks before i return it.
thanks for any advice.

Lipos need to be fully cycled at least twice when new. I would try it now anyway, vape with it until it shuts off on it's own, and fully charge it back up, twice. After that charge when ever you want. Seems to extend the battery life. Good luck with it.

thanks, i have fully charged it from dead about 10 times, still only lasting about 14 hours.

Splitting my vaping into 3 main PVs - two defenders, istick 30 and a mini which is less used, I have to recharge about a day and a half use. The 30 goes first, then the defenders.... Probably not a factor since most are using dual coils, but dual coils at say, 1.8Ω seem to draw more than a single 1.8Ω coil.

Should be playing around with this to get your run time on any battery. If your friend is getting that long on a 2200 mah battery he must not be using it much at all.

Don't think that is true about any Li* battery. Basically only applies to older, Nickle based cells.

We do it with RC lipos all the time. It's more about getting a quality charge and prepping the battery for a clean and constant discharge. It definitely helps but I wouldn't stress on it with the way these batteries are used. Theyll do it themselves after a charge or two.

For the longest vaping time between charging's let it run down and give it a long slow charge until completely full , if you want to greatly prolong the actual devices lifespan you don't want to do this.

It will last the longest and give you the most charging cycles by not running it down all the way and not fully charging it to capacity either. I have followed a routine of charging my MVP's when they hit 3.7 volts and taking it off the charger at 4.1 volts instead of 4.2 .

They are a year and a half old and still working like the day i bought them. My first one which i just charged whenever it ran out of power and just charged it to full capacity didn't last as long.
