Oh dear. Over 150 posts in support of Classwife. I'm afraid all this love and admiration is going to go to her head and she is going to become an insufferable, power-mad despot.

Good one! I doubt it, though, Poeia. In my experience with Classy, she is a very humble woman!

I recently had an PM exchange with classwife regarding something unrelated. Usually, her responses are upbeat. But this exchange caused me concern. So I asked if there was anything I could do to help. She then told me of what was causing her distress. Here's my reply, of which I wanted to publicly share to show my support;

Classwife,

You shouldn't let this bother you! You just can't please everyone all the time, it's impossible! I have a hard enough time following the posts in my co-ops. You, my friend, must have a loose screw somewhere that you'd subject yourself to the multitudes of personalities that visit the forum But from what I've seen and read, you've always been fair, firm, but also kindhearted.

So don't worry too much about it… it is, what it is.

Speaking of Smokey Joe, he will be the featured guest on tonight's episode of VP Live Talk Radio. Kevin, the person who started the petition about classwife, is the host of VP Live.

Smokey Joe and Kevin will discuss moderation on ECF. I'm sure the topic of the classwife petition will be addressed.
