yeah, the cheap clones are always in stock... or are you looking for the real $130+ ones?
Can't see the point in spending that much money on an atty when the clones work the same and are 1/15th of the price

That's why I'm getting a clone first to try lol. If I really like it a lot, who knows. The fact that I can find out if I like it or not for 20 bucks is cool.

It is rather crazy that some of these atomizers are more expensive than the mods we use them on. Especially since they are basic machined devices that are all mechanical.

Granted, I understand that certain brands are not mass produced and in some cases are even hand machined by someone being paid a decent wage to do so. Still ... a pretty steep price to pay for something so basic. buy a couple and you might as well buy your own small lathe machine and make your own ... lol But hey, if people got the money ... it's their business what they do with it. Better than spending that cash on cartons of cigs.

I won't say all clones are problems, but you do need to be careful with a lot of the clones. Not all gennys give the same results even if high dollar, and with the clones you need to be careful about what they are made out of, making sure any plating isn't cracked, peeling or missing. Also many of the clones the air holes do not line up properly without moding.

I honestly can't tell you, but try for something that is ss and not copper or brass with a ss plating. I know a lot of people have done tons of reviews on many of the ones out. So look around and find what is worth it, yes someone said that about they can cost more than the pv they are sitting on, but the juice doesn't touch the PV it does however touch the atty. So the quality of the atty is the quality of the vape.

Not really any of them...as most(if not all) of these clones end up being chrome plated brass that seems to chip off fairly easily.

A good sub 30 dollar genesis atomizer would be the AGA T, Revision 2 with the SS center post or the AGA W which already has the SS centre post installed. I believe these are around 25 dollars and are SS through and through. I've drilled the top cap of the AGA T and is SS all the way through.

The original AGA T was completely SS except for the post that sits in the juice. I am not sure why they did this but regardless the revision 2 is all SS and I believe there is a 5 dollar upgrade to the SS centre post for the revision 1. They are a solid genesis atomizer that vapes really well. The AGA W doesn't have the knurling which some people don't like.

It's not clear to me if the AGA W is the revision 2 of the T but you are good buying an AGA W for sure. Here is a good review of the W:

Nancy and EZkill you guys are awesome thank you for the info.

I was actually looking at the aga-t. I like the fact that it is bigger so I'll have more area to work with. I'll ask the vendor if it's version 2 before u get it. I haven't heard much on the aga-w but I'll definitely research it. Going to watch that video now. Thanks guys :)

Hey Eric! I just got the vulcan from surevapes. It's very nicely made. Rolling the mesh down slim enough to fit through the hole isn't easy at all! If you buy the vulcan, there's an option to purchase the clear replacement tube for $2, which I did. I need to see my juice level (if I ever get it far enough along to actually vape it LOL)
But yea.. before I spend big bucks on an expensive original.. I wanted to see if I even liked a genesis style device. I've been rewicking/recoiling my vivi nova heads with kanthal and thin strips from a cotton ball with GREAT success.

Good to see you Donna!

I haven't tried the VN yet with cotton but I have some cotton balls around here somewhere so I'll have to give it a go. Let me know how the did clone works for you, I heard one of the tough parts of it is the oxidizing. Do you have a torch?

I think I have found one finally! lol the bliSS is in stock! FOOD GRADE SS and Titanium.. and I caps food grade because.. little known fact. Apparently cheaper or other grades of SS can have heavy metals in them.. mix that with a corrosive chemical like Nicotine... No thanks.

One reason I am not getting a cheap clone. Other reason is because... well I'm stuck up and I don't feel like buying a clone. (Haha) Actually because I believe you get what you pay for in this world, cheaper is usually only cheaper on the short run.

The bliSS may have a smaller tank, but I think I might actually like that. Plus it has the option for single, dual, U wick... and even Triple? wow.

But thanks for the input guys!

Eric..oxidizing is the easy part! Rolling the mesh slim enough is the tough part lol. I have one of those big long "wind proof" lighters. It works great and was less than $5 at walmart. I have got my clone working but I think the wick is too tight in the hole. Lots of vapor but it's burnt tasting. It's not wicking right. Back to the drawing board!
