hey , so i just bought a new vapor (vapit p1) and I think I filled it with low amount of juice , it got five levels on it and even the lowest one burns my throat , btw
I am a smoker so im used to harsh cigarettes , and the higher the level the more it burns so should i put more juice in it or is it a manufacturer fault ??

Welcome to the forums. I am not familiar with that model but appears to be a standard dual coil tank. What coil head are you using? Did you prime the coil well? You may be getting dry hits. Is this your first mod? What level nic in the juice and pg/vg ratio? All of the answers to these questions will allow people help you.

Do you mean Vaptio P1, not that I know it, just the closest I could find to what you typed. Either way, sounds like it may not have been primed well.

Throat it is caused by two things in eJuice.

Nicotine
Propylene Glycol.

So have three questions for you.

1. The nicotine strength
2. The percenrage of Propylene Glycol
3. Some nicotine has a peppery taste. If you DIY Ejuice i have two sub questions.

a. Where did you get the nicotine
b. Did you use food grade of USP grade Propylene Glycol.

I ALWAYS use USP grades of PG and PG 99.5% pure.

If this is what the poster is using, then a o.2 ohm coil (sub-ohm) is going to be pretty harsh to ANY NEW VAPER. Especially if the nicotine concentration in the e-liquid is anything higher than 3 mg.

Sub-ohm: heating coils whose resistance is under 1.0 ohms.

It took me 3 - 4 years to adjust to sub-ohm resistance coils. I would not have been able to vape sub-ohm right off from cigarettes.

To the original poster: If the setup that you have is the one in the above link, I think that you either got poor advice or you made a poor decision in what you purchased. This setup is geared towards an advanced, experienced vaper. I recommend that you research for a different type of tank which uses a coil resistance of 1.5 - 2 ohms. This will not be as harsh or hot.

I suggest an Aspire Nautilus tank. It uses 1.6 - 1.8 ohm replaceable coils.

That Vaptio P1 Kit (for $60USD) comes with a 0,2 Ohm 'SubOhm Tank' and is a 50W mod that is selectable between 10-20-30-40-50W.

Places are charging $15USD for *one* replacement coil head - *and* they're only available in 0,2 Ohms!

I'd suggest that the OP gets a better tank - something like a nice, cheap Nautilus clone, or even a SubTank Mini w/RBA or *something*.
