if you read the thread, they changed it because of lucky saying that they will just cut it with some nic. So from their point, why give a full refund, if they cut our juice with nic. So they came up with a fair offer, if you want to keep it you will get 1/2 your money back. if you want a full refund, send it back. Plain and simple

I have not seen this offer in this thread by this supplier. If this is on table it should be stated here, if not, its totally irrelevant and hearsay.

Oh my. Let's go back to junior high school. I DID read that thread. I SAID if she would've just refunded Shimmy's money when this train wreck started, she would've avoided this whole mess. You are doing a bang up job Desiree engratiating yourself with the people on this forum.


this really falls on Shimmy- she got you all worked up that they got her package, and are not going to refund her money. When she tracked he package, it now just left Chicago today. She blew this way out of control with her wrong accusations, if she would have check her tracking # like any normal person, she could have avoided this drama.

Did I start this thread...or the other one about brown juice. You miss the point my dear friend...I got opened BROWN juice...period. Bad in my book. I never said there would be no refund, I said I filed a dispute. I did not have the tracking number until last night. My neighbor is a mail man and sends out my packages, he had it.

Did she throw in free pom-poms for you too kaeo?

I guess what I'm at a loss for... and correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm not... is why folks would buy admittedly DIY juice?

I mean... I got 200ml of Chinese Unflavored juice from David Yang, and about 15 different flavors from Lorann's. I mix em all up in 15 oz bottles, and it takes maybe 2 minutes to do... Hell, if I wanted to I could even throw a shrink wrap on the neck of the bottle.

I'm not blaming Addiction for doing it... I just can't see why anyone would buy it when you can do the exact same thing for a lot less money.

so true Walrus. No one knew it was cut by her until after we complained about the lack of nic taste. This is why I just bought a big ol bottle of unflavored myself...to avoid this nonsense...

My mistake Lu, sorry. This has turned into a mess. I've been involved in business for a long time. Sometimes it's just better to cut your losses, refund an angry customer their money, and look like the bigger persn. Just my opinion.

I think that was their intention with Lucky. They did good by her....yet she has been nothing but their worst critic. All that's done is put Addiction on the defense. And they have come here to explain, and been criticized further. Honestly, you don't see Lucky's repeated questions as badgering? I'm sure others do.

So why bother doing any more favors? They didn't have to do that in the first place. In my opinion, if anyone ruined it for the others, it was Lucky. Addiction might have handled it a different way if they didn't feel so overwhelmed with attack.

Last time I checked, this site refers to cutting as taking a 30 ml bottle from a company, and adding PG or VG to make more bottles.

So again, find where I said that.

Yup, not CUT but add NIC at MY expense. So what you are saying is that some can get 1/2 refunds and some can't depending on what they say they do with your juice?

The reason I was keeping it was because I didn't want to go through the hassle and expense of sending it back like the princess is,with no guarantee of getting a refund.

I understand that Lu. But when you have a situation with a customer go so far South, she would've looked far better in the eyes of the members of the forum than what she looks like now and we wouldn't be on Post#138. Just my opinion.
