My device has a bright oled display that emits a blue light when in use so it sort of makes sense that it looks like I'm speed trapping people in an undercover from a distance because obviously holding it my face when I'm using it. Seems paranoid/crazy but I sometimes notice their driving habits change when they see that [edited].

I travel quite a bit at night by car and I always notice people being cautious because most are traveling a bit above the speeding limit. I think almost everyone does that, checking out that car they are passing or is passing them. I am not so sure that your blue light has much to do with that as most peeps eyes are on the road(at least I hope they are).

One of the reasons I don't add voltmeters to my builds is that I hate being blinded by them at night. Also, it draws attention to me at night. Not something I need in a city that has a cell phone restriction while driving.
I could add a switch or a separate button but that just adds to the build time and costs also.

Like you're supposed to be anyways is being aware of your surroundings and constantly moving your eyes(not get tunneled vision) the light will stick out like a sore thumb

I still chain vape anyway whether or not any one will see the light. Just never really put any thought into what others thought if they saw it.

This has been a major concern for me since I started vaping. As a truck driver I'm subject to a $2700.00 fine and certain termination if the lawman believes he saw a phone in my hand while driving. So I'm VERY conscious of that tiny light in my face at night. Just one of the reasons I will only use tiny stealth mods that completely disappear in my hand while vaping them.

how do their driving habits change exactly? and how would you notice? and why would you care if they suddenly start driving more responsibly? I think you are over-thinking this.

if you do care why not set your mod to stealth mode as mentioned earlier? every mod I own has stealth mode.

A Bright OLED Display?

That's Nothing. Try driving with this Mod some time...
