I use only VG juice because of mouth sores from PG.. Is there any way I can increase my throat hit?

As Wingsfan has siad adding PGA or vodka (tiny amount) will aid in TH.
Juice Components
Flavoring usually about 3- 15%- could be higher or lower depending on the flavor used.
PG enhances flavor, TH and lung hit- water like - many of us believe PG to be a throat irritant.
VG= vapor and can mute flavor- thick
Nicotine- TH, lung hit and our need for nicotine. The MOST important ingredient in regards to TH and lung hit.
Standards in the industry are 80/ 20 or 70/ 30 PG/ VG. Many are moving towards a 50/ 50 ratio as it provides a smoother vape.

You could order the same flavor in 24 mg and if it's too strong mix 18+ 24 to end up with 21 mg.
maybe a B&M nearby where you can test 24 mg:

When I was moving down in Nicotine level I found adding menthol to aid in TH. When I smoked I HATED menthol but as a vaper came to really enjoy it. You can also buy a separate bottle of Menthol drops (make sure they're VG based) and add to your juice- use sparingly as it's potent. Even less expensive to buy some menthol crystals and mix with VG. I bought a $10 bag and have enuff for the next 10+ years

Good call on the Menthol, I must be slipping  . Another thing in the same area would be to add a touch of Koolada
Koolada 10% PG Flavor (TFA)
There out of stock atm but you can see what it is and does.

Cheers,
Steve

I see your menthol, and raise it mint ;) Mint is my all time favorite e liquid flavor. It's the flavor that helped me drop nicotine. You can find good mixes of the two. Menthol has always left a weird after taste in my mouth (even in smokes). The mint makes it pretty pleasant.

I think you might like this then. I made it about 10 days ago (I'm not a menthol person). It came out really good and after a 10 day steep it has a nice pink/salmon color to it. The Creme De Mint added a creaminess to it. I'm not a big mint person either but I like this for a change of pace. :)

Triple Mint 60PG 40VG
Creme De Mint 4%
Peppermint Candy 4%
Peppermint 4%
Sweetener 1%
(All flavors TFA)

Cheers,
Steve
