You are going to love the eGo. That's what I've been using for about 2 months now and I haven't touched my regular 510 batts in weeks.
I'm like a lot of others. Smoked my last cig - still have a problem with calling it an analog - at 1pm on April 1st. Instead of buying a new pack I bought a POS ecig kit for $30. Quickly moved on to the 510/eGo setup, but have not had even a puff off a cig since then. I didn't buy it to quit - I just wanted to check it out and instantly fell in love. No cravings for me, even while enjoying my daily cup of coffee or drinking with friends who still smoke. I smoked for over 15 years and fought with the hubby over quitting until I heard about this genius invention. It was perfect timing because shortly after I started vaping we found out my mother-in-law has lung cancer (treatable) so my hubby is of course thrilled that I am no longer smoking.
It's a great move for anyone to make, especially a new dad. Congrats!
