Well, they're trying to replace smoking. Not create a vaping device. With vapor, the nic absorption is slower and maybe lesser than via smoke in the lungs so they seem to have gone high so you could "smoke" not vape.
I sometimes use them. They "feel like" smoking more than my Twists and clearos. Not that I want to go back but sometimes I do get this oddball kind of "miss it" feeling. I've been keeping a few NJoys around to... play smoke?
Also, the high nic may rule them out for a "regular vape" (at least for a lot of us, definitely me), I've found they're pretty good for those moments when the urge to smoke were always the strongest. Like that "first with coffee" urge or right after eating. You can get a quick "boost" off an njoy then go back to your regular vape to coast along.
I sometimes recommend to new folks who are having trouble escaping that "first one of the day" urge or such moments that they give an NJoy a try. Not as a regular vape but see if they can get a quicker "boost" in nic with one and head off the urge to smoke.
