The shipping at V4L is Priority Mail not 2-day. The invoice refers to it as "Priority Mail"...and that is what it is. The polite thing to do when presented with a shipped item is to accept it graciously. hehehehehe

Jdiz, I'm right there with you bro my neighbors think I have some sort of compulsive disorder checking my mailbox 2 or 3 times a morning. Waiting on mine too, fingers crossed Freddie...maybe today????

I placed an order on 8/23, mid day. Regular shipping, NOT Priority.

V4L Shipped that evening (8/23).

My order was delivered 8/25.

I live in a very rural area 80 miles north of Phoenix, where all my mail is sorted.

The USPS Tracking site rarely updates the progress of my mail, until it is already delivered, and then it shows the item delivered.

Well order still has not arrived either.

In fact I actually called USPS and they have no record of the tracking nunmber I was given.

Not to mention i live less then 10 miles from the Post office V4L uses to ship, something is amise.

Already sent a E-mail to CS to try and help figure it out. they always get things sorted, just our of WOWboy, and down to my last refill. ugghh

Hooked Up! Gotta love it....wish you all better luck in tomorrow's mail drop! Well Mabbo, just hold onto your nuts (squirrel humor) 1 more day I'm sure it will work itself out. I went through this a couple of weeks ago and called USPS. They claim that they have 24 hours from the time they scan it into their system at their location. So let's say, ordered & entered at V4L on the 24th, scanned into the USPS system at their location on the 25th, held till the 26th, then sent out for delivery 27th or 28th.

OMG.

Mark you are AWSOME!!! thank you so much for taking care of me and the extra's you gave me.

Listen family, I know that we all get upset about shipping and other small items that pop up from time to time, but I just had the experience that confirms my loyalty to V4L.

My package and tracking nummber went poof!! No where to be found, I waited and waited and nothing. I asked for some help, and not only did Mark himself call me, but invited me over to the shop to pick up my order and to get a tour. I was suprised to find out that there shop is 2 minutes from my house (and no I will not be revealing where they are).

Not only did they have my order waiting for me, I also got a sample of the new USA juice and a pack of the new coolcarts sampler packs that actually have a larger air hole on the battery end for better air.

What else can I say, but I am still in awe of this experience, I even got to meet the package filling crew. (The blond was cute too) So again thank you MARK and crew!!!

It is customer service like this, that just makes you say wow!!

Now to sample all the goodies and post my thoughts :)
