I want to make my own nicotine less liquid

Can someone tell me how to start and what I need and where to get it from. I don't want to mess around with nicotine right now I just want to make my own personalized liquids and once I get familiar with it I may start using nicotine.

There are pleanty of threads to tell you where to get flavoring and supplies. I would suggest doing some reading and I'll suggest some reading material to get you started. Most importantly start with a good flavoring such as the links below

Danny gave you some great places to start. Read the blogs and the messages within the DIY forum.
Make a list of the stuff you think you think you will need, then go shopping! Check several suppliers to compare equipment and prices and figure out what works best for you!

One thing to keep in mind, when you get this stuff remember that you will need a place to store it! I picked up a tackle box at WalMart with a number of plastic boxes with dividers. If you have children and/or pets I recommend storing it somewhere safe. I realize that you said you did not want nicotine, but some of this stuff smells real good and kids or pets might be tempted to try some of it!

P.S. Make sure you get a good e-juice calculator and log everything you do! It sucks to make a great mix then not remember what you put in it!!
