Hi Alejandro. You're going to need, at a minimum, some small cutting pliers and needlenose, preferable flat tip and not serrated. Some tweezers are also handy, and a small screwdriver with some small bits. You also need a mandrel to wrap your coils around. If you aren't the kind of person who naturally has all this stuff laying around in a tool box, I'd suggest a coil building kit. Drill bits will serve for the mandrel, and there are any number of coil winding jigs each of which has a nice selection of some of the more popular size mandrels. Given your tank, I'd suggest you search the internet for videos of people building coils for it; the tanks that have both pre-made coils and RBA decks are generally more limited in available space and coil types than a tank intended solely for rebuilding. As for hitting the right resistance, I suggest the use of a coil calculator like Steam Engine. That will also give you a good idea of what size mandrel to use and wire diameter you need. I am not sure what your tank will require, but I find 28 and 32 gauge Kanthal A1 are handy to have around. There isn't going to be any way around cutting your wick. Even other materials like Silica or Ekowool-- neither of which I recommend-- will have to be cut to length at least. Wicking is the hardest part to get right, but the rule with cotton is "less is more."

Safety is the primary requirement. You need an ohmmeter to make sure of your coil resistance before firing the coil, lest you blow up your battery (not to mention yourself.) Once you get the coil build and installed, and having checked to make sure it is a safe resistance, you should fire the coil to make sure it is heating evenly and has no hot spots before wicking it. When you get the wick in, wet it with juice and test fire to make sure it is making vapor before reassembling and filling the tank. You may wish to buy another tank that is designed for building. If so, down the road, give us a holler and we will have many recommendations :)
