I started running too - up to doing 1.2 miles comfortable from barely making 1 mile a week and a half ago. I know it's not the lungs that are the limiting factor - my legs are just killing me on the uphills. I believe that vaping may in fact have an influence on this because I heard PG increases lactic acid production....
stretch before and especially after you run.............

Just an update - I made another milestone today: 2miles non stop. I run/jog a 3.5 mile route and I started it completing at around 1hr 10 mins - today I did it in 49 minutes.... in one month that's a significant increase for me :). I did quit smoking (not vaping :)) when I began running, however, and I've been sticking to a regimine of supplements (including glucosamine and calcium). But it looks like there's no harmful effects from vaping....
