Congrats on breaking even Caveman! Even more congrats on the better smell! :thumb: :D

Unfortunately for me, I used to get analogs dirt cheap. That means I will probably never break even monetarily. Especially since every time I get $10 in the bank, it goes right back out for another bottle of juice!

If I don't spend any more money, I'll break even in about 2 months.

I seriously doubt that will happen.

I will break even next credit card payment, would have been sooner had I not bought 5 diff ecig kits, lol. 2 of them got sent back, 1 exchanged for a Dura kit. I have a 901 usb passthru with an APC batt pack, and a SD with 2 chargers and 6 batts. Since recieving my SD and 901 passthru, I have not touched my Dura. Simple reason, 29 bucks for a battery and 25 bucks for an atomizer, ridiculous. for 20 bucks you can get a usb passthru, 10 bucks for 901 atomizers and for 15 bucks you can get an APC battery pack. I love Jeff at Janty USA, but these prices are not justified, the Dura is not "that" good. I thought about selling my dura kit, but I decided to keep it for guests as I no longer allow smoking analogs in my billiards room. :thumb:

I Broke even quite a while back , but you do realise the vaping gods have heard your boast .... expect your atomiser to fry and at least one battery to go "poof" before the cut-off date !!! ;)

hahahahaha! That's why *I* knock on wood all the time.

I'm gonna break even today. Once my banner hits $239 I'm free, I'm free, I'm free at last!

<Knocking on wood> ;)

Well at the rate that I am buying new devices I will break even either
A) after I quite for several years or
B) sometime after I die

regardless of what my banner says (that is the last time I smoked an analog, I cut way back before then.)
I have saved $600+ USD
I have purchased
901 + 5 atomizers 1 bat $115
screwdriver $150
Bling $65
601 parts $35
801 usb 4 atomisers $60
Dura Powerset $115
APC usb x3 $45
Juice $300
Shipping total $80
-----------------------------
total $9658-o

and when he restocks gonna send cash another order for about $110:rolleyes:

but hey I feel 100 times better than I did 4 months ago:thumb:

See, with cigs so expensive in the UK (when you buy 20 at a time they are about £5.60 a pack!), eCigs are pretty attractive price wise!

However, I do have some friends that spend a fortune on the things, mixing juices, working their way through their various flavours etc etc. I've always just stuck to the basics with my mini - I always have 2 batteries, 2 atomisers and a bunch of high tobacco carts in my stash and that keeps me going :) As bits die on me I just replace those parts.

Having said all that, I am pretty tempted to get my hands on a pen style for home use :)

LOL, I'm placing an order every week for at least $35.00 (I really blow through liquid and atomizers) plus I just bought a powered USB hub and an APC mobile power pack....

I haven't actually sat down to tally it up, though with cigs costing $8.00/pack in Chicago (and I was a 1 to 1-1/2 packs per day smoker) I'm probably still ahead of the game. Plus, I have to consider the savings from no more huge dry-cleaning bills to rid my clothes of the stench of smoke or having to pay extra to the cleaning lady for scrubbing the nicotine from my house.

But I'm with you, Sun Vaporer the savings on my health is the best part!

And not to get all mushy or anything, but I really appreciate the support of this forum. I felt lost when it was down! I'm the only vaper I know, no one in my family has ever been a smoker, and I have only one friend who smokes cigarettes (and who flat-out refuses to consider this technology, sadly.)

Thanks everyone! :)
