I don't have a Starre tank, but I do have a SMPL....as long as the pin of the atty sticks out far enough past the threads of the connecter, you're good. if it has an adjustable pin, even better!
Be very, very careful here and make 100% sure the 510 pin of the atomizer doesn't have any play. Otherwise, you'll have a venting battery to look forward to. Running these sub-ohm tanks on mechs with a direct atty-to-battery connection is usually no bueno.
edit: after looking at a pic of this tank, there is *no way* I'd run this on the SMPL.

yup...after looking at the picture, i personally wouldn't use it either. if you're dead set on using a mech, pick up a clone for ten bucks with a standard 510 connection.
Using the wrong topper on a smpl can lead to very bad things. If the topper isn't designed specifically for that device it can and most likely will at some point cause a direct short and basically, boom. Happened just last month to a member here on the forum.
