Ibtanked Question

I just ordered a tank and so far haven't heard a word from them. I have never ordered from them before but is it normal not to receive any kinda email confirmation from them? Also how fast is their shipping generally? I just hope I get it by the weekend!

I received my tanks 5 business days after ordering...But they were back logged at that time and I knew it before ordering. I can't recall getting a e mail either. Anyway's their tanks are top notch...you won't be sorry when you get them. Best bang for the buck.

I've ordered 2 and got both within a week (separate orders). Hang in there. They're absolutely awesome tanks.

I just ordered 2 for hubby and me not an hour ago. There was a warning that his wife and "offspring" (he's funny, lol) are out of town and so he is backed up till they get home. I am sure they will get there just fine. They have a great rep.

Edit* I just checked and i do have a confirmation email from them. Check your spam folder

Never did get a email but under my account settings it says its been shipped! YAY!! I just wish they could get some cartomizers back in stock.

I once received a shipping confirmation from IBTanked via email after the package had arrived. They're literally a mom and pop shop, so I cut them some slack, particularly because I love their tanks. Unless they've run out of materials, I would expect you to get it within three to five business days.

same here, sorta...i received my notice of shipping then received it the next day. GREAT TANK!! i love the flat end caps (but don't like that they only fit the clear tanks), looks stylin' on my provari...

IB Tank is trying to get up to speed with some new employees. Please be paitent with them. It's a quality product and OCD, Ms OCD and Offspring produce a really high quality product. You won't regret the wait. I've got 7 of them and at some point in time will own more.
