Problem: after about a dozen pulls on iClear, some e-juice ends up covering the insides of its mouthpiece. By the juice on mouthpiece my lips acquire stains, the stains become a burning.

What I tried to do to solve the problem:
- Tried filling the (previously cleaned) clearo only to about half the wicks' length, to avoid overfilling. Did not work: juice still ends up in the mouthpiece somehow.
- Tried blowing into the mouthpiece after every few pulls, in case the e-juice is condensing on the mouthpiece. Did not work.
- Tried leaving the clearomizer standing upright after I use it, in case the e-juice is somehow spreading into the mouthpiece when I leave it lying on its side. Did not work, but I ended up with juice leaking down into the shaft and gurgling.
- Tried leaving the clearomizer lying on its side, in case juice rises from the shaft when I take a pull. Did not work, either, but at least I got rid of gurgling.
- Tried fiddling with the o-ring on the mouthpiece. No effect whatsoever.

As you can see, none of the attempts to solve the problem succeeded. I'm out of ideas now; any new ideas as to how this problem can be solved will be appreciated.

There are a couple things I can think of.
I'm sure you're making sure to not get liquid into the center, but using a toothpick in the hole of the rubber top of the head can prevent any juice from going in there when filling. Make double sure the rubber piece is seated correctly on top of the head, and has no tiny rips or anything.
The tube body is press fit. They can come a bit loose, and even less than a millimeter of gap will cause some of the problems you're describing. To check, stand it upright and see if the shaft is perfectly straight. If not, it can cause leaking. I just take off the tip and press it down with my thumb until the tube clicks back in place and everything straightens back up.

The iclear16 does produce condensation, since they are dual coil and heat up pretty darn quickly.

What I usually do is tilt the mountpiece onto a napkin or tissue to soak up the condensation. After that, no gurgling or juice in mouth.

I usually don't have this problem with the iclear30, either, which I believe is because of the size. There's just no where for the condensation to go to in the 1.6 ml iclear16.

I completely agree. For some reason the iclears that i have build up alot of condensation in them.

Thank you for your responses, jefsview and murphyramone. I guess I'll just have to keep a napkin at hand, then.

Indeed, I have noticed that the mouthpiece, which is perfectly straight relative to the clearomizer body, is not in perfect alignment with the atomizer head, which is standing at an angle: there's an ever-so-small opening where they're touching each other that could also contribute to leakage.
Thank you for your advice about realigning the tube. I'll try doing that the next time I'm changing the head.

That will do it. Almost every clearo type I have used has had a bit of a tilt on the center shaft but the silicone at the top will usually seal ok. I noticed that sometimes there is some slop in how deep the clear part is pushed in on them to. Add the two together and I could see having a gap big enough for some juice to leak. I always blow out my clearo types after filling to. I like that tooth pick idea too.
