iclear 30s coil pack

I am calling it a coil pack, not sure of any other terminology for it.

I recently have been learning on how to rebuild my own coils...started doing the Protanks and seem to be doing well on those, and the igo-w I am doing fine with. I want to try the iclear 30s but I have been told they are next to impossible to rebuild because of the compression connection.

Has anyone successfully rebuilt one or will I be wasting my time to attempt it?

I don't rebuild my coils, but some people do. I couildn't find anything on on YouTube--lI only saw tutrials for rebuilding the i30 B. I clean the coils (they can be cleaned several times by simply dropping them in PGA or vodka or even hot water) and then discard them.

How much time do you have on your hands?

Seriously, you'd be wasting your time. Unless you really have nothing else to do.

The biggest complaint/problem I see from people who have tried to rebuild the iclear 30s is they can't get them to stop leaking like a sieve once rebuilt. Getting them apart is fairly easy with pliers. Getting them to not leak once put back together seems to be a major problem.
