iClear 30S Cleaning Guide?

Hey guys! I just picked up a itazte VTR and it came with an iClear 30S tank that I am absolutely loving so far! I just have a question though because my track record with tank maintenance and cleaning thus far has been spotty at best. Are there any REALLY good guides on how to clean an iClear 30S tank? Also, how often should I be cleaning it and when should I think about replacing coils? I've been through about 3 full tanks of juice thus far on it and still getting great taste, a great throat hit and a nice amount of clouds running at 3.8V.

On thing to be careful of on that tank since it's a plastic. Steer clear of Cinnamon, Banana, Root beer and some citrus juices. There are more you can find them in the tank cracker list. I'd clean with soapy water and not alcohol since it's plastic and clean the heads with alcohol. Not sure you can dry burn those heads. If that tank goes south take a look at the Aerotank Mega and Nautilus both have glass tanks.
