Has anyone else had their iclears breaking? Mine break less than a week after buying them. The first thing to go is the tip which swells and gets soft at the bottom where is seals with the white rubber cap. After that the plastic tube breaks where it is attached to the metal. I just placed some epoxy around the joint where it breaks apart. I have just tried a solution but would like to hear others experiences with these. Has anyone else had them break so soon?

I'm with edyle on this one. The only way I know plastic tanks crack, bulge, or otherwise end up ruined is by filling them with juice which contains cinnamon or acids, such as citrus, menthol, or acidic juices.
If I were you, I'd take this as a lesson and go out and pick yourself up a glass tank or an RDA if you're so inclined.

For less than the cost of more epoxy, you can buy much better Pyrex tanks. Wif steel.

I use both apple and cinnamon. You guys are probably right. Also I have been smoking for 5+ years now and have tried all sorts of tanks, carts, mods and I have never liked anything to bulky or heavy. I am always looking something with the best flavor and cost. Do you know of a glass tank the size of the iclears?

I never had a problem with them bulging but after a few drops they do break in the area you epoxied. All I do is pop it back in place but if it still leaks then it needs replacing. I rigged mine with hot wax because I didn't have epoxy.
I'll let you know if this epoxy thing is a longer term fix. What flavor do you use? thank you

What mod are you using it on? I'd hate to recommend something that wouldn't work with your equipment.

Just a guess, but I assume the Aspire Nautilus mini would work great for your needs. Pyrex and steel, mine has lasted for over 8 months with hardly a scratch (I bought it off a friend). Absolutely wonderful flavor and it can be adjusted for a very tight draw. One of my favorite low power mouth to lung tanks.

I have a lot of 1300mah batteries I would like to use. I have several larger mods but I am looking for something the size of the iclears. The bulky batteries and tanks usually end up at my bedside. I have several 3-5 ml pyrex tanks that hold cartos but even those seem to big for me however they hold up to abuse and my cinnamon flavors. A few years ago when the smaller iclear size tanks appeared I had purchased a glass one but haven't seen them since. Thank you

Eigate Aspire Nautilus Mini - 2ml
Kanger Aerotank Mini

The aero tank is smaller, and gives pretty good flavor. The nautilus mini is slightly larger in diameter but still pretty small and has killer flavor.

I like the looks of the Aspire Nautilus Mini. I found one on Fasttech but I know they sometimes are not original. I think I'll give it a try. thank you

i have used iclear16's for one and a half years.
i have never experienced the bulging you show
nor have heard of it before.
in my experience over time pressure cracks will
form where the plastic tank meets the upper and lower
metal cowling. more so on the bottom.
i have seen dis-configuration of the inner lining due
to chemical reactions but,never bulging.
it appears to me a very high heat was applied to
get that bulging effect.
its clear that normal operation with the appropriate
hardware didn't.
