I finally received the Aspire nautilus mini but quickly realized you need a very high wattage power supply to keep it going. It's not for me with my little ego batteries. Is the Kanger Aerotank a high wattage device too?

The Aerotank should work with your ego batteries as well. I'm not entirely sure where the problem is.
