Idea for a sticky

I know there is a "V4L stock update thread". It would be nice if there was also a sticky entitled "On Order". Right now, V4L is out of EVERYTHING I order. No Wow Peppermint in 24mg, no white Cool Cart blanks, and no faux filter Wow Blanks. It would be nice if the powers that be started a sticky to let customers know that these items are on order. It would save people like me from hyperventilating. :)

You gotta love the response times! Kinda makes you wonder if the cs reps are just lurking over our shoulders, waiting for someone to post so they can swoop in and fix things. Question is, do you guys wear tights and bright red capes with the V4L logo emblazened on them?
And yes, I have been told that I have a rather vivid imagination.

This is the problem though. I contacted V4L to inquire about Wow Peppermint liquid, Cool Cart Blanks in White, and Wow Cart Blanks in Faux Filter. I was told that the wait for the peppermint was going to be long. Okay, fine. Regarding the blank cartos however, I was told: "I can not say about the blank carts as I am not sure whether the order has been placed."

You've been out of them for 2 weeks and nobody knows whether the order has even been placed?

C'Mon guys! You're better than this!

Oh, and a suggestion regarding the Wow Peppermint... the next time you order it, carefully consider how much you need to order... and then order 5 times that amount.

I place the orders. I assure you the White CoolCart blanks have been ordered.

If we are out of an item currently, it has been ordered.

Customer Service Reps do not always have the info in front of them....and have standing instructions NOT to give ETA's anyway.

Regarding the Wow Peppermint ...... it's not the order or the quantity that's the problem...it's the delivery.
I am truly sorry about the shortages...there are some things beyond our control.

It's ok Wader sir, most of us understand. Getting shipments from the other side of the world adds all sorts of dynamics to getting stock. It's not like you guys are assembling everything there in Chicago and brewing up the liquids on site. We appreciate all you do sir.

I have done what you do now. From one expert to another sir I have this to say:
It's hard to keep up supply in a new industry like this since demand is growing so steadily. You don't have a decade of sales trends to ref like I did when I ordered for my old job. The people who produce your product are still new at this and if quality is a concern sometimes quantity has to come second. With everything you have to deal with and learn, You guys are doing an excellent job.

You do not sell what you do not have.
You keep us as informed as you can.
You keep as in stock as possible, better then most other companies I see out there.

You all are tops.

Thanks Wade. That's all I needed to know. I guess if you gave an E.T.A. for everything you wouldn't have time for much else would you?
