I took a pic of the unit I have and was wondering if anyone out there knows if these can be refilled using e-liquid nicotine or if there are cartridges available ? These are from "The Safe Cig" company. Nobody seems to have these but me. I want to order from Canada if possible. If the image does not show up, I will try it again. I have emailed a couple of companies with inconclusive results. Can these be refilled? Thanks

It is difficult to tell from just a photograph (even the larger photos on The Safe Cig website), but it probably is the RN4081 model. Hellen A. Handbasket just tracked down two sources for replacement cartomizers (and batteries) for that model in answering a recent post here in ATV.
I believe they can be refilled – using the same techniques as for 510 cartomizers (also male threads). For example:

Doing this from the mouth end rather than battery end may work better.

It was difficult to see your picture and the description at the SafeCig website didn't indicate cartomizers, but Don knew! 
This is still the same model as Smoking Everywhere and the NPro (the RN4081). This means that you can either use the cartomizers for the RN4081 or you can switch to the two piece atomizer and cartridge combination (which is easier to find and are available from more suppliers than the cartomizers are).

The DSE103 battery will work on these (but not the atomizer) so you can purchase extra batteries or even the passthrough for the 103 which should work for you.
