I use 3 different ones but avoid IE whenever possible, just have it because some...very few sites aren't compatible with the others. Anyway, that's good news, if I took the test using Firefox I'd score better than if I took it using IE. Good to know, thanks for the heads up.

Nonsense, IE is the greatest browser in the world. No other browser can download Mozilla FireFox like Internet Explorer.

But in all seriousness, the free viruses and security holes are horrible. I avoid it at all cost to where I just run an IE tab in Chrome or Firefox if I NEED IE.

I use firefox and occasionally chrome. The only time I use ie is at work or to download firefox.

Firefox + Noscript & Adblock addons = Never get a virus.

please look into it everyone. majority of viruses and malware on your computer comes from scripts ran on websites...noscript blocks all of that

but scripts "are" needed to run most websites properly, noscript lets you "allow" scripts from sites you trust, and will remember, so its a one time thing for sites you visit on a regular. youll be surprised how much unnecessary crap loads from every website.

that said, google chrome is faster than firefox, but google likes to gather all your damn info and dont allow addons for some ......ed reason. so firefox is a must imo.

As Conan the Barbarian said - Chrome! IE was so slow in comparison, but the new IE is a little better. If the need for speed means intelligence, my IQ improved. I think I was dumber on IE 'cause I kept banging my head on the desk, waiting...

I guess you could change if you need a couple extra IQ points.
There is also the "if it ain't broke don't fix it" rule to consider.

Old lady hippy here, Ripple. IE came on my computer and that is what I use. I wouldn't even know how to change it. Maybe dumb in technological terms, but bright in other areas, so I make up for it there. After all, switching to pvs instead of cigarettes shows am brighter than most.
