If banned, what about forum classifieds?

If a state bans the sale of e-cigs to and by residents, would I be prevented from buying supplies of the forum classifieds from a private party? Would the seller, as an individual and not a business, be prosecuted, fined, or whatever?
Any thoughts on this scenario? Just asking, what if?

Well nice try but every code word you come up with will be read by them when they have their daily ECF reading. I just can't see them bothering going through all the exspense of extraditing someone for it though. Selling and using as a hobby sounds easier.

there is mailing services that do that.. it is not set as a po box though it is a business addy that is then transfered to you..

this is another thing for dealers.. they could set up the business to be registered in a state that it is legal with that service.. then use google voice to set up a phone for that state.. and just use the place they are at now as distribution warehouse.. then the sales are legal since business is not in the banned state..

I do know that some have considered stopping the production of PVs and instead switching to LED flashlights. They sorta look similar but there's a nice screw on/off LED end. Now as a buyer if you decide to remove the LED and replace it with something else (like say an atty) well that'd totally be up to you!

The attys themselves might be harder to "re-purpose" for classification, maybe they can be used a personal air freshners?? Maybe "flatulence camouflagers"??? And or course any ban on nicotine liquid could be the biggest problem!

the thing is the ban is on sale.. not of use or possession... so it is simple as setting up the business as being in another state.. all you need is a mailing addy do not need a building there... therefore all sales are out of a state that sales are legal in, and if you are in a banned state your place just becomes a distribution warehouse.. so legally no sales have been made in that state
