Future of E-Cigs?

I live in Canada, and I bought an ecig but they told me at the pharmacy , nicotine didn't go with it..... So I bought some nicotine patches, gum etc... Kinda sucks but it's working so far... I rather have the nicotine juice tho .. :/

So what should we all be stocking up on???

I'm first concerned that I won't be able to get vapes in 18mg or more. I've tried to go lower and almost smoked an analog so this is a huge concern of mine. Is there a chance of them only allowing low levels of nic when they finally start to regulate?

When are people predicting that the new laws may actually be passed?

What does it look like the lawmakers are planning (if anyone knows)?

I have watched most of the FDA open forum from Dec 2012...so that much I'm aware of.
