First, I'm a plain old 3.7V 510 kind of fellow. At work it's a 306 atty on a 510 PT for dipping pleasure.
For kicks (and a change of pace) the other day I picked up an 801 set to try. Honestly, there's nothing at all wrong with it, except that the vapor produced seems to be a much lower temp than the 510. I'm assuming that this is because of the increased distance from the atomizer to my mouth.
Turns out that vapor temperature is more important to me than I'd ever considered.
So do the pipes run cool as well? Not the attys, but the vapor as it arrives to the mouth.
(Meanwhile, I'm playing with taking the plunge into 5V with the 801 parts)
