Depends upon what you feel you will need. Things to consider:

Battery extension cap - Allows you to increase the time between battery changes from 11 hours to 20 hours by using the next size up battery. This comes at the expense of increasing the length of the Provari by almost 1 inch. There are other "after market" options for this though. Provape only offers an extension cap to go up by one battery size. There are others like the Tatroe base & sleeve to use an 18650 battery and have a wide base which helps keep the Provari from tipping over on a desk, particularly helpful if using a heavier/bulkier juice delivery device.

One year additional warranty - May give you increased peace of mind to have this, but I didn't bother. The Provari has such a good track record for dependability and durability, the chances you will use this are slim. Especially since Provape will continue to service your Provari even after the warranty expires (at your costs for repair and shipping).

Blue or green LED display - default color is red; many owners say that the blue and green are sharper and easier on the eyes; the red is bright enough to see in bright sunlight. I have both blue and green, and prefer the green.

Noaloxx - You'll need this eventually; either buy it now from Provape or get it from your local hardware (Home Depot or Lowes). This is applied to the threads on the battery cap to prevent oxidation from occuring (prevents locking up of the threading and interference of the electrical circuit from oxidation buildup.) Also keeps the threads "buttery smooth".

* Personally I would not buy anything else from Provape. Batteries, charger, battery cases, drip tips, tanks, cartomizers, atty's, etc can be purchased elsewhere for a cheaper price and better quality. However, purchasing from Provape with the free shipping with any order over $100 may neglect money saved purchasing these supplies elsewhere and their shipping costs. Regardless, I purchase all my chargers and batteries from RTD Vapor RTD Vapor AW Batteries

Only AW IMR batteries. 18350 in default form; 18490 with the extension cap.

Don't skimp on getting quality batteries or a good charger. You'll be glad you didn't in the long run.

After you lay a lot of coin at provape wait 30 days then cash in your reward points for a decorative end cap they sell. I agree skip the warrenty. Double up on batteries and chargers, I personally buy all my bats from provape and am running strong on the same charger (the non-pila version provape sells) but since it's cheap, buy the adapters for various threading. Granted, I have only been using them for 8 months and Baditude is on month 15 I think.

I mean, what Provape gets thats other vendors don't is they are vapers. Hell, a big deciding factor on whether or not I was going to add a Z-Atty-Pro to my shopping cart was the 15-minute long Video at the bottom of the screen from Zen himself. Little things like that.

My first Provari, I bought "everything" from them. I didnt want to be waiting for supplies from another vendor, just in case the Provari arrived first. I also did buy the extended warranty on my first. The ones after that I decided the device was SO good, I didnt need it (my personal opinion). The green led is pretty cool but as you know not at all necessary. I also dont believe in the extension caps. I like the feel of the actual size with their standard battery. I also carry a huge baq everywhere with me with plenty of batteries and misc supplies. Everybody is different and has different opinions. Agree with Bad about the charger as well. I just broke down and bought a "premium" charger myself. Should have done it a while ago. Good luck and have fun with it.

I built up so many rewards points, I got a heck of a deal on a blem! Let me say, nothing wrong with their blems. I had to look good and hard to find the scratch. I have added worse since I recieved it.

So...which batteries do I need to buy if I don't get the extender cap?

http://www.rtdvapor.com/online-store/batteries/aw-imr-18490-3-7v-detail AW 18490 IMR. I would purchase a minimum of three and rotate them for equal use and extend their life. Purchase a plastic battery case to carry them safely. Battery Cases

Coins, keys, or anything else in a purse or pocket can create an electrical circuit and cause a hard shorted battery to occur. You don't want to experience that - voice of experience here.

I love my protanks, they are wonderful and the vape is amazing!
Bad reccommended 18350. They are for the mini. For the full size you will need 18490 batteries. I do like their ego adapter better than most for some reason. I cant stand my new protank BTW! Im having issues

What's wrong with it? Leaking? Gurgling? How long have you had it?
