with what vapor shark just did with all the testing, I wanted to bump this.

I know the general consensus in this thread, is people seem to not like this company. however, we still haven't had anyone decipher the lab report.
vaporfi makes a claim, then they back it up with 2 massive reports. one is 170pgs the other is 97pgs. only problem is, the normal person can't make heads or tales of it. it IS a reputable lab though.

To me, "Made for inhalation" implies it's safe. Why would someone make something for a specific purpose that is not safe? That's like cooking food that's "made to eat" that is not safe to be eaten.

I'm not thrilled about this statement.

A decade or so back NJ made it illegal for a diner to serve over-easy or sunnyside up eggs because they were made to eat, but not safe to eat. It was repealed.

according to vapor-fi, they use flavorings that are "made to be inhaled", and they are a "step beyond food grade" gras approved.

so.....if this is true, then why is nobody talking about vapor-fi?

people are screaming everywhere that they want the eliquid to be as safe as possible. people don't want diacetyl, or any form of diketone. people blew up over the atlantis heads not being organic cotton. unicorn milk got ripped to shreds for having a certain chemical it, etc, ect.....

wel, if what vapor-fi claims is true.....then they are probably the most healthy eliquids on the market. if flavorings that are "made to be inhaled" exist.....then ALL companies should be using them.

just wanted to shed some light on this, because I don't think people know that vapor-fi uses these special flavorings. if they did, then I would think more people would be talking about it.

You have to keep in mind that ejuice is not regulated in any way, shape or form. Once the FDA steps in, which seems an eventuality, then chemicals such as diacetyl and diketone won't be used in the ejuice industry. Until then, vendors can pretty much do what they want and add whatever they want. Sad but true.

that's not what they are saying.
they say they are made to be inhaled AND they are also GRAS approved. they are not saying GRAS approved means made to be inhaled.

quote from website:
"Better than Food-Grade - Our E-Liquid flavorings are specifically made to be inhaled, they are a step beyond “food grade,” and they have been GRAS approved."

Nothing is made to be inhaled outside of medicine. Maybe I should add air unless you live in Mexico City.

Also, "having lots of money" does not mean anything. The pharma company 'Extenze' made millions of dollars, yet no one's genitalia ever grew from taking their pills, despite their best efforts at deceiving silly old men all across the country.

I'd be willing to bet that way more silly young men tried whatever this crap is.

No. Vapor-fi is not reputable. It uses misleading marketing pitch. Disgusting. Including their 2 massive reports. These reports are presented in a way to make an impression, not to provide information.
You can read report from Nude Nicotine here, just one page but much more informative:
Nude Nicotine Certificate of Analysis - Nude Nicotine
If you compare reports you can see that nicotine from NN is a bit better that that of vaporfi (99.91% vs 99.89%). All vapor-fi advertisement is based on the same type if misleading info.
