If by "drop" you mean "the contents of an entire bottle," well, you'll probably feel pretty crappy, at the very least. Hospitalization might be called for.

If a drop was enough to kill someone, anyone who'd been vaping for over a week or so would have dropped dead by now. You will occasionally ingest a drop or two. It goes with the territory.

Ok so it's not just me that that gets a drop here and there...

Been there, done that! When I first started vaping I was using the cartridges that snapped into the atomizer and juice would get pulled up in the tip all the time...take a puff and....YEP, liquid in the mouth 8-o if it were going to kill you, I would be loooooong gone!

I'm so paranoid that i'm gonna die of nicotine poisioning if my e-cig malfunctions.

I used to worry also..and wore gloves when simply changing a cartridge...that is one reason I keep the nic level in my liquids on the low side. I also do not have a habit if carrying my pv or liquids in a pocket without a case. I always wash my hands after filling. just use common sense and keep everything away from children and pets. If you are using higher mg liquid...use common sense... :D. I worry more about protecting others from my habit than I do poisoning myself..but I would rather be overly cautious than careless.

I remember that fear when I first started vaping - strikes me as a riot now. Once you've spilled an entire big bottle on your hands and lap (nothing happens) and after all of the other stuff that happens happens, you start being rational again. It's not pure nicotine. Patches deliver a whole lot more than a few drops of juice carries, pasted to people's skin. Would you panic if you accidentally swallowed 3 crumbs of tobacco? Nicotine gum has as much nicotine as a cigarette. You wouldn't want to chew 20 at a time but you don't need gloves. It's the straight up stuff that needs extremely careful handling.
And I'm a basically careful old grandmother. Young grandmother. Whatever.

I lick it off my fingers if they get sticky now.
That sounds wrong. You know very well what I mean.

Numnum.

PS You really know it if you have a nicotine overdose. I once chainvaped a bunch of 36 mg juice, way too strong for me - feels like a rotten flu. I couldn't handle 28 mg patches either, same feeling even though I chainsmoked. I'm mentioning that to keep things in more familiar perspective. Common sense is enough.

Yes.

But the folks that run the bright 'White Light Tunnel" told me to go back as I had not fulfilled my vaping purposes in life.

So don't sweat it ... there is hope from above.

The nicotine cannot undilute itself. The only way you can get hurt is if you do not heed DIY safety instructions, but that does not apply to you in your situation. You'll know by the taste and the way it hits you when you inhale it if the nicotine level is way too high.
